3. Matching requirements
Matching requirements mainly refer to the matching requirements for the installation of chucks and grinding wheels. According to the standard requirements, the diameter of the grinding wheel flange should not be less than 1/3 of the diameter of the installed grinding wheel, and it should be stipulated that when the grinding wheel is worn to a diameter larger than the flange diameter by 10 mm, a new grinding wheel should be replaced. In this way, there is a matching requirement between the flange and the grinding wheel, otherwise there will be such a situation that the “large horse-drawn cart” causes a waste of equipment and materials; the “small horse-drawn cart” does not meet the safety requirements and is easy to cause personal accidents. 4. Protection requirements
The protective cover is the main protective device of the grinder.
