(1) Manual rust removal
1. Determine the specific parts of the facility that need to be derusted, and do not make derusting requirements for fixing parts such as bolts and nuts (except for steel structure anchor bolts and nuts);
2. Before manual rust removal, apply spatula and spatula to remove loose paint and attached rust layer;
3. For facilities that can be knocked and derusted, use the flat head of the air pressure chisel to knock out heavy rust and rust;
5. Use coarse wire brush or No. 3 coarse iron abrasive cloth to polish the rust removal surface, and a black oxide layer can be seen;
6. For the corners of the facility, such as the connecting surface of the flange, use tools such as wire brushes or flat files for processing;
7. Use rags, cotton yarn or compressed air to clean the derusted facilities and keep the surface clean;
8. After descaling, the primer must be applied as soon as possible. Generally, it is not allowed to exceed 4 hours, and overnight is not allowed.
(2) Power rust removal

2. Before removing rust, apply a spatula or spatula to remove loose paint and thick rust layer;
3. For facilities that can be knocked and derusted, use the flat head of the air pressure chisel to knock out heavy rust and rust;
4. Use coarse wire bristle mechanical wire brush, grinding wheel or paper grinding wheel to polish the surface of the facility diagonally, and make the polished surface as rough as possible, with black oxide layer visible;
5. For corners of facilities, use tools such as angle grinder, wire brush or flat file to process;
6. Use rags, cotton yarn or compressed air to clean the derusted facilities and keep the surface clean;
7. After removing the rust, the primer must be applied as soon as possible. Generally, it is not allowed to exceed 4 hours, let alone overnight.
(3) The internal anti-corrosion surface treatment must be sandblasted, and the metal surface shall reach the level of silver-grey Sa2.5, and there shall be no visible grease, dirt, scale, rust and other attachments; if aluminum or zinc spraying is applied, the surface shall be sprayed The sand treatment level reaches Sa3 level, and the surface of the material should show a uniform metallic luster;
(4) External anti-corrosion manual and power tools include blades, manual wire brushes, electric wire brushes, and power grinding wheels. Grease, dirt and loose rust layers, oxide paint, etc. must be removed to remove rust, and no visible grease and Dirt, there is no adherence of oxide scale, rust and paint coating, etc., and the exposed surface of the substrate has a metallic luster, reaching St3; the epoxy primer can be applied to St2 (the exposed surface of the substrate) No need to reveal metallic luster).
Article 12 Acceptance standards for paint quality
(1) New paint
1. Before the paint construction, certain protective measures, such as bedding and wrapping, should be applied to the areas around or below the painting facilities that do not need to be painted with paint to prevent pollution caused by paint splashing;
2. Before the upper layer of paint, you must strictly follow different paint standards, wait until the surface of the bottom paint film is completely dry and then brush, but the interval should not be too long, so as to prevent the adhesion between the paint layers from falling;
3. Paint according to the construction requirements, and the thickness of the paint film should meet the required standards;
4. Regardless of the conditions of painting on site, the surface of the paint film must be flat and smooth, without obvious irregularities;
5. Except for the anchor bolts and nuts of the steel structure bracket, it is strictly forbidden to paint the bolts and nuts of other facilities;
6. There should be clear and tidy boundaries between the painted parts and other facilities, and between facilities with different colors of paint;
7. The thickness of the anti-corrosion coating film is even and flat, the color is uniform, the adhesion is good, the color separation line is clear and tidy, and there should be no bad brush, exposed bottom, bottom bite, orange peel, peeling, serious sagging, whitishness, stickiness, etc. Phenomenon, paint film thickness test needs to be qualified;
8. When painting at or near the welding point, it is necessary to clean the welding slag around the welding point in advance and then paint.
(2) Paint repair
1. Before painting, remove dust and stains on the surface of the old paint to keep the surface clean;
2. For areas heavily contaminated with oil, detergents should be used. When the detergents are used for ten minutes, the surface must be rinsed with clean water to keep the surface clean;
3. Before applying paint, the surface must be kept dry, especially the painted surface after cleaning;
4. For the rust spots on the surface of the old paint, the rust spots and the surrounding area should be completely removed, and the original color of the metal can be seen;
5. If the old paint surface is hard and shiny, the surface should be brushed with sandpaper first, and then cleaned before painting.
6. Before the paint construction, facilities that do not need to be painted around or under the painted facilities must be protected by certain protective measures, such as bedding and wrapping, to prevent pollution caused by paint splashing;
7. For the rust-removing parts on the surface of the old paint, the corresponding primer and intermediate paint should be repainted, and finally the whole equipment should be uniformly painted with topcoat; paint the paint according to the construction requirements, and the thickness of the paint film should reach the required standard.
